Ever since the update, Ive had two issues with the Arabic translation of my survey.
1) the text editor doesnt allow me to re-align the text from right to left.
2) Any question I edit now does not save with the following reason being given: Question cannot be stored. Please check the answer options for duplicates or empty codes.

There are neither duplicates nor empty codes. What can I do?

You can attach the lss export of the survey (only some questions which show the error).

On several question I´m also unable to edit and save as this text shows up "Question cannot be stored. Please check the answer options for duplicates or empty codes."

Still, same question -that were previously created- function ok in the survey.
The only thing I´ve notice is a red circle beside the question code

Hi,
it is always advisable to attach a lss export. Just copy the survey and remove all not relevant questions,

lsq and lsg exports are language sensitive.
Means: We have to guess which basic language you used, then create a survey with that language to import your export.

Even if I see in your screenshots that it might be Spanish, there is a lot of options "Spanish, Spanish (Argentina), Spanish (Colombia, Spanish (Mexico), Spanish (Chile),...""

Thanks a lot for your answer (I will take your advise to always send the lss).

Please find attached the lss export, but when I checked it today, the issue was not there anymore (I made no significant chances in the survey, but as you would see in the image attached the red circle with an X beside the question code disappeared).

So, for the time being, no further assistance is needed, but I would really appreciate if you could tell me what the meaning of that number 12 with the half green circle is (and what it means when it turns into X with a complete red circule -as it was yesterday).

It's the number of characters left you may [strike][/strike]enter as question code.
You know there is a length limit.

And it will be a full circle in red, if there are 0 characters left.

Ohh, good one. I was wondering the other day when I was playing around with LS4 but wasn't bothered enough to check what it was.

I also noticed that the problem is sometimes there and sometimes not. On any given day, if I refresh the page often enough, the red circle will disappear and allow me to edit, even if I didnt change anything. Its very weird. I also attached an .lss . After reading your replies, I attempted to change the length of my question codes but this unfortunately didnt work. Why does this error message happen?
