I am new to LimeSurvey but not to online survey tools. I
This message contains confidential information
am trying to set up a 7-point scale question. After trying a few things and reading the manual, it looked like the best thing to do was to create an array question with just one row. But when I tried to do that I got the message in my Subject heading here: " The Database definition for Questiontype: 5 is missing." I can't find the phrase or anything helpful about "database definition" in any of the help or community pages. I also tried a single choice question but that also didn't work - I got the same error message. I've only started just building the survey. It has only 3 groups and this is only the 5th question (in total) that I have created.

I realize that this is a pretty simply question so I imagine there is a pretty simple answer. Can anyone help?

What LimeSurvey version are you using?

Can you attach a small sample survey (.lss) file?

Cheers,
