Hi,

I've seen this:
manual.limesurvey.org/Delete_survey

So when I delete a survey, its responses will be deleted after some time automatically so I won't need to delete them manually?

If your LS installation is self hosted, the survey and the answer table are deleted immediately.
But manually you have to delete the "old" answer tables lime_old_survey_{SID}_{datetime}, which are created while deactivating a survey.

This
Attention :

We highly recommend our users to export the survey and its corresponding responses table before deleting it.
The responses table is getting archived and it can still be recovered for a limited period of time. However, for the sake of simplicity and to avoid further import-related complications, we recommend our users to also backup the responses table.

seems to refer to people with a LimeSurvey GmbH hosted installation.

Is there a button that does this or do I need to go somewhere in "phpMyAdmin" every time I delete a survey and delete it from there?

I get this:
Code:
The following surveys have an errorneous question order. Please go to each question and group respectively, check the question order and save it.
SID: 971159 GID: 13 Parent QID: 1018
SID: 971159 GID: 18 Parent QID: 1072
But it's not the problematic survey

Did you deactivate and activate the survey at any time? If not, then there are no response tables archived and deleting the survey will delete everything that has to do with this survey and then the Data Integrity Check will not find any archived response tables.

Yes it was activated.

Of course it was activated, because otherwise there would be no response table at all. However, the issue is only arising if a responsetable has been archived, after deactiving an active survey.

So if it was active, but has never been deactivated, there is no archived response table.

The "deactivating" part is what creates archived response tables. Non archived responsetables should be deleted when the survey is deleted.
