Table with free answers was created by morille

Can I create a table where the answers provided by the users are free (no checkbox nor dropdown list) ? It must look like an Excel table…

Peut-on créer un tableau où les réponses des répondants sont libres (pas de case à cocher ou de liste déroulante) ? Cela doit ressembler à un tableau comme sous Excel, où les utilisateurs pourraient saisir librement (sous contrôle de la regex) les différentes données...
