I have the folllowing table I want to use in limesurvey.



1. How can be added the tables headers from the attachment? I've tries several solutions found here, but wasn't lucky
2. How can I add the as subheading, the text "Type of results"

Hmm, are you sure you want to create such a complex question? Bear in mind that users tend to fill out surveys from mobile phones - I am not sure how nice it would like on them (not even on bigger screens tbh).

I absolutely agree with cdorin.
This is not usable in a survey.

IMO this will be an array(numbers) or an array(text)
So "Totel number splitted by" can be in the question text as explanation.
And "Providing ...", "Another..." could be joined with "to A", ...

And if there are really only four subquestions it would be better to swap the array.

Sadly there are more than 4 rows, so I can't swap.

I have a PAPI questionnaire and I have to implement it to online. The respondents will use PC to answer the questions, so the size will not be such a problem.
