Multiple Choice Question, that can "collect" Answers was created by borislaw89
Hi there!
I'd like to do a poll. Users should be able to choose from given answers but also should be able to add a custom ("other") answer. So far, so good. The problem is that i want future users to see the answers previous users gave (let's say that the answer catalogue is continouling growing). In the attachements you see an example not made with limesurvey.
Thanks a lot!

As far as I know, that would only be possible by coding a remote PHP script that updates the database (perhaps via the API) with the new answers.
Additionally, it would only work for single-answer type questions as you cannot add database columns to an active survey.

Or a plugin in afterSurveySubmitted : get the other for this question, add it to choice of this question. Set the other's to "".
Not a big task, but still a task.
