Hello, I set up LimeSurvey free software on my computer. Server is also in my computer and it does not have any web connection. I prepared an interview which has 30 questions; it has been prepared for around 1500 participents.
I have a question about limitations, In free version is there any limitation for 30 questions and 1600 participents?Thank you for your answer.

you are very confused about the Limesurvey editions.

If you - as you said - have the installation on your computer, you use the CE, the Community Edition.
This edition is self hosted.
And there is no limitation.

The other thing is the PRO version, which is hosted by the LimeSurvey GmbH.
Here you can select between four levels:
Free, Basic, Expert and Enterprise.
What you get for your money you saw on the page.

Again in short words:
If you installed LS by yourself, it's the CE edition without limitation.

My computer will be the server and it will be delivered to other computers by interior Ip (e.g; 192.168.1.20 - 21 -22) and reponders will be join the survey from their computers.
