Hi there,

I have a question about designing a form for my school students.

Scenarios:

1. Student A who has finished five multiple radio questions, total score is 10(Good). He will be shown up a form A to submit his information for joining in class A.

2. Student B who has finished five multiple radio questions, total score is 8(Neutral). He will be shown up a form B to submit his information to joining in class B.

3. Student C who has finished five multiple radio questions, total score is 6 (bad). He will be shown up a form C to submit his information to joining in class C.

I have tried Expression manager, but I don’t know how to summarize all five question’s values.

Thanks.

I would insert an equation type question that contains a "score". The score calculation would depend on the question types and answer codes.

Then you can hide/show the "forms" via relevance based on the equation question.

Try this:

Code:
{sum(q02list.value, q03list.value, q04list.value, q05list.value)}
