Limit for fulfilled forms? was created by Mojon
Hi

I need to set the limit for fulfilled forms up to (example: 20 max and 21 person can not complete the survey. Over quota)
How or where can I deal with it?
It's not about Tokens.

Thx

Thx, jelo for replay.
But, .....

A quota is used to set a limit on responses from defined groups of people on an active survey.
Example:
You set a quota on this survey that contains a restriction of 20 users who have answered "Yes" to this question.
The quota will be checked everytime somebody answers "Yes" to that question, and completes the whole survey.

We need quota for the whole survey not for one (or more) question.
We need set a quota on this survey that contains a restriction of 20 users.

Example.
We need only 20 survey.
No more.
Only the first 20 people can complete the survey.
The rest will see the message "completed".
It could be done?

Insert a list-radio question, hide it with a CSS class and set its default answer to x. Then you can place a quota on that answer because it will be set for everyone.

It would be great if we could hide questions by adding an extra class "hidden". This must of course be available in the .css files of the template.

It looks as if this is the case in bootstrap based templates, as shown on:
www.w3schools.com/bootstrap/bootstrap_ref_css_helpers.asp

I tested this and it works. Just fill in "hidden"(without the quotes) in the field CSS clas(ses), which shows up on your question edit screen under the tab: "Advanced settings".

See attached survey which records the user browser settings in a hidden question. The
statement //$('#question'+QID).hide(); in the Javascript is commented, so it does not fire.

That is another way of hiding a question.

Yep, that's exactly what I meant.

This is currently (version 2.6x.x) possible in the Default template, since that is based on Bootstrap. Will also be the case in the new 3.0 version, because then the default template will still be based on Bootstrap.

Thx for help ;)

But, it still does not solve my problem ;(

This solution must be included as the first question in the whole survey.
For example, "Do you want to complete the survey" (and 2 options) Yes/No, and give a limit = 20 on Yes option.

Only what will 21 users see? (since he can not select YES option).
Where to put the message "survey completed"?

When we hide a box or hide questions - we can not show the message "survey completed" or any other message.
