1. Some more/darker background colors
2. Better marking of quotes
3. Less-round corners (if easily doable)
4. Less spacing

I agree with Mazi for round corners (4px or 6px are enough) and with Tammo for text font color.
BTW I've report the following issue (# 9657) yesterday...

Benoît

EM Variables => bit.ly/1TKQyNu | EM Roadmap => bit.ly/1UTrOB4
Last Releases => 2.6x.x goo.gl/ztWfIV | 2.06/2.6.x => bit.ly/1Qv44A1
Demo Surveys => goo.gl/HuR6Xe (already included in /docs/demosurveys)

Same here. The round corners look "cheap" and are "too round".
Grey letters are hard to read, should be more contrast to the background (darker grey for text).
The forum doesn't remember me, so I have to log in each time.

Another aspect, that has more to do with my workflow: As I am quite busy during the day, when I had a few minutes to spare, I usually went onto Limesurvey, looked if there was a new and interesting post among the preview of 6 recent posts on the homepage and then answered those. Now I have to go into the forums (and actually into each subforum). Not a big deal, but it breaks my "workflow". ;-)

I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time. No support via private message.

Better formating for quotes.
Fix broken attachments
And a separate section for theses discussions round about the website of Limesurvey.
E.g. I reported a wrong favicon in the other news thread here. Carsten confirmed "I fixed the favicon, thank you! " but the issue is raised in this thread again. As long as there is no "natural" section we will see these discussions scattered around the board.
Normally you cannot open a thread in a news-section without being a moderator. It will drive more spammers to the news section when they see that everybody can open a thread there.

The favicon was fixed by Carsten. Since the name didn't changed it will take some time till the "wrong" joomla favicon is no longer cached.

What about the tab "Recent topics" ? That looks like a good alternative to the six featured posts on the frontpage.

Hi,
I just was looking for the label sets repository... Probably hard to find for (new) users with the old site not in mind.
I think the title "template" should be more accurate to avoid the confusion with themes; something like "Add-ons (templates, label sets, question templates)"

Hi Ben, correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't find the bug you listed as being related to forum appearance so I opened a new bug - bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=9662 .

There you will find a PDF of proposed changes that I think encompasses everything here to date plus a few of my own.

Cheers,
Tony Partner

Hi Tony,
In total I have reported 2 issues related with the new site, but not really style issues:

1) the link action when you click the links in the "Latest blog posts" module => Bugtracker entry :
2) The "Templates" title for the add-ons download section

I think that the most important required changes are actually listed in your pdf ..

Let's try to use this thread for forum design adjustments.

All broken stuff can be listed at www.limesurvey.org/en/forum/news/100569-...any-other-stuff-here .

@holch, just bookmark this URL for recent forum posts (that's the one I always use): www.limesurvey.org/en/forum/recent
