Hi there,

Since we had problems uploading surveys, pictures etc., I just replaced a fairly recent LS-version running on a web-server with the newest stable one (Version 2.00+ Build 131122) - i.e. after the comfort update did work but did not solve the problem with uploads, I deleted all files and installed a new version.

Unfortunately, the same error message keep popping up and suggests that the permission to access the 'tmp' folder might not be set correctly or that the folder can not be found (when trying to upload picture). I checked the web-server and the folder is there and permissions are set correctly.

Apart from this issue, the version seems to run smoothly. Thus, I would really appreciate any advance on how to tackle this problem.

Cheers,
Malte

Hi,

Can you have a look at server log ?
Can you activate debug at 2 in config.php ?

Hi,

I found this message in the server's error.log-file:
[Thu Dec 05 06:30:42 2013] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `www12.ovgu.de' does NOT match server name!?

I also changed the part in the config.php-file (i.e to 'debug'=>2) but I am not sure, where the STRICT PHP error messages will be displayed.

Is there any info that might help location the problem?

Cheers,
Malte
