We run a business reviews website which utilises a lot of other function other than surveys.

We want to utilise LS within our existing systems to handle some of the registration, survey and reporting components.

We don't want to hack too much, if any, LS code to achieve this.

Is this possible?

Take a look at the API:

I don't see any out of the box stuff for your purpose.
