I updated to 1.92+ Build 120711 about 2 weeks ago, and just noticed this morning that new surveys do not work. When you execute the survey, it does not display the questions, just gives you the welcome screen and a Next button that doesn't do anything. So this morning I updated to 1.92+ Build 120725, and still the same results. I created a simple 1 question survey, and neither clicking the Test button, nor activating and running the survey will display the survey questions, just the welcome screen and the Next button. Even if you set Show Welcome screen to no, this is all you get.

All old surveys still work fine.

Please let me know what other information you need or what I can try.

That didn't help. I've also tried it with 3 browsers and 2 different computers.

If you are using a custom template try a factory one instead.


Then try a full manual upgrade to the latest version.
Maybe there was a issue with the ComfortUpgrade and some files were not properly replaced.

I tried the factory Basic template.

I did a manual upgrade, not ComfortUpgrade. Here are the steps I followed:

Backed up my existing installation.
Downloaded and extracted the latest build.
Copied the config.php and upload directories to the new installation directory.
Did a chmod 777 on the tmp and upload directories.
logged on to the site and it ran the install/upgrade.
Removed the admin/install directory.

I do not get any errors executing the survey to indicate anything is wrong with it.

I've tried creating 3 surveys, and changing various settings, but get the same result.

Very weird - no problems here.

It will be most certainly a problem of your system as it is working for everyone else - at least I have not seen any other reports. If you are ready to give us access data to your system please open a private bug report.
