Exporting big survey results in 500 error

4 years 8 months ago #83725 by chuelibrueder
I'm running limesurvey on a shared hosting. Everything works fine, but now I have a survey with about 2300 respondents and about 600 variables. If I try to export the whole dataset to spss or csv I get an 500 Internal Server Error. If I only export the people that completed the survey (N=1800) or the people that didn't (N=500) it works fine. To me this looks like there is some server limit which is reached when exporting the survey. I've tried changing the php options, but nothing seems to influence this problem.

Here are my main php informations. Is there anything wrong with that config? Thank you for taking a look. I'll donate $100 to your collection, if you can help me with this problem.

maybe something interessant for you here
Increase PHP's memory limit to 256M if 128M is not enough !!
