Hello, IE froze on me and closed automatically. I was not logged out of LS. Now I'm trying to make changes to my survey and I'm getting this error:
Access denied!
Security alert: Someone may be trying to use your LimeSurvey session (CSRF attack suspected). If you just clicked on a malicious link, please report this to your system administrator.
Also this problem can occur when you are working/editing in LimeSurvey in several browser windows/tabs at the same time.

I've logged in and out a few times. Deleted my cookies and restarted my system and still, I am denied.
Can anyone help me?
Thank you in advance.

Did you work with several open tabs? That sometimes causes such a problem as well.

I have the same issue when I try to change an answer option in a dropdown.

I have tried with the latest Chrome and Firefox (or Waterfox actually), closed all other tabs, and checked my files and folder permissions, but I still get the error.

Any tip?

Hi Waitz, I found I needed to wait until the page was completely loaded before trying to change anything. Moving too quicky caused the system to thnk multiple users were accessing the LimeSurvey session. Depending on the size of your survey or number of options for your drop down this could take a little time. Be patient :).

Now I waited 15 minutes before I made the change, it still wouldn't accept it...

I wonder, can I go in phpMyAdmin and make the change in the table there?
