Final submit returns 101 Error Connection

5 years 1 month ago - 5 years 1 month ago #71642 by ogursoy
Hello, I hope this is the right place to post.

When you submit the survey it just returns Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET):

I have also tried using different templates but no hope.

I tried creating the survey from the beginning and each step I test the survey. Once I have a question as a multi short text type, the same error occured.

I am using Version 1.91+ Build 11804

Is that something related to <a href=' '>question types</a>?
Thank you!

Short version of my scenario: Submitting the survey returns "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): "
I test the lime by creating a new fresh survey step by step and test it.
Once I place a multi short text question then the same error occured.

I tried first having some question groups, everything went good. And then I started adding some questions, and it was OK

but once I have added a multi short text type question, I received the same error. I do not know why

I create a new fresh survey, added first questiopn group with a multi short text question it worked!!!

I added seconde question group with only one multishort text question

it gave the same error, I remove the second question group, it worked..

thats why I suspect somthing is going on with the multi short text questions.

Here is the solution.
On my server php version is : PHP Version 5.1.4

Lime custom function "killSession" is not working properly in this version of php.

I have replaced this custom function with the following:
qroup.php on line 298:

if($thissurvey != 'Y')
// killSession(); // -> I skip this custom function only here..

Thanks for your feedback. Please open a ticket at the Bugtracker and...
  1. Give as much information as possible
  2. Attach your survey. You can mark your ticket "private" so that only the developers will be able to take a look at it.
  3. Provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the problem.
  4. If possible/helpful please provide screenshots

Afterwards please post the link to the Bugtracker so we can follow the progress.
