I have sent email invitation to all participants. Some participant have to answer the survey more than once. So one participant may receive two or three email invitation with same survey, but different product. I use first name and last name field to differentiate the same participant email with different product. Almost email invitation has sent, but not all. Some email back to admin email with this message. "A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients." Any body help me?

The answer is from your server or from another server ?

Look at the heading of the mail.
