Problem with Admin Notification Emails in Version 1.91+ Build 10859

Dear wonderful LimeSurvey users and administrators.

I have entered my email address to send and recive basic and detailed notifcation emails when responses are submitted.
In fact, I receive both emails. And the data ghave made their way into the database.

The problem is that on the Thank You Page after the respondent pushes "Submit", The RESPONDENT sees the following codes generated from the server:

SMTP -> get_lines(): $data was ""
SMTP -> get_lines(): $str is "221 p3nlsmtp06.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net Goodbye. "
SMTP -> get_lines(): $data is "221 p3nlsmtp06.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net Goodbye. "
SMTP -> FROM SERVER:221 p3nlsmtp06.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net Goodbye.

When I remove the email address and thereby recieve no notifications, the problem is resolved.

The survey is hosted on a Linux server at GoDaddy.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Any thoughts on how to fix it?

Have a look at global settings -> email -> "SMTP debug mode:" and set it to "off".
