There seem to be problems importing templates (Version 1.91+ Build 10746)

I just experienced problems importing a template (clean), where I changed almost nothing - I just added my favicon.

The message was:
File upload succeeded.
Reading file..

This ZIP archive contains no valid template files. Import failed.
Remember that we do not support subdirectories in ZIP archives.

I thought this might be because I made something wrong - so I made a test:
1. Export clear_logo
2. Save it/Unzip it/Zip it again (7zip "Normal")
3. Upload it

Result was the same error message as before.
The uploaded template shows in the pulldown and it works - so it's not a critical error, but it would be better if it wasn't there :)

The following entry from last year contains the same problem.
