Can't update: Update server busy all the time

Hi All,

I am trying to update my Survey, but i am getting the message: Update server busy, every time i try to do the update, this problem has persisted since 4 days so far!

Knowing that my survey is installed on a global server, and on which an older update had been done successfully once.

Here is the error message:

Update server busy
The update server is currently busy. This usually happens when the update files for a new version are being prepared.
Please be patient and try again in about 10 minutes.

Isn't there a solution?

I can see that people are updating here just fine. Currently there are about 200 people updating daily. What's the version or build you are updating from?

Thank you c_schmitz

ok, my current version is 1.91, and at the upper right corner an update appears : Update available: 1.91+(10315)

i tried the manual update, and downloaded the last release, but this message still there, means that its latest bugs fixes aren't included yet, that's why i tried the 3-Click ComfortUpdate and in the step 2, after fixing the permissions, i got the previous message.

How can i check the source of the problem if others can update their system normally?!

After you updated manually just check manually for an update once (by clicking the 'Check now' button) and the message will disappear. 10315 is not the latest version, btw.

Oh, Thank you very much!
it seems that there were a cache problem on the server side!
because when i clicked on check now, i got the latest version right number, and the update worked well!!

Ok thank you it's solved, but i hope that LimeSurvez developers take care of this issue, and make the error message more exact!
