Trying to update my local installation of Limesurvey...but keep receiving this message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted

my memory limit in php.ini is set to unlimited, so not sure where this message is coming from

If the server cannot offer the memory, than php cannot grab the memory.
You see such error often on webserver, where many website from different users are hosted on one system without strict memory allocation limits per user. Or the server is in trouble and a lot of e.g. lost childs of apache are in the memory.

Since weeks have passed you might have found the reason and can post it here.
