Hi all,

Never had this before, all of a sudden I get the following error:
ERROR
We are sorry but your session has expired.
Either you have been inactive for too long, you have cookies disabled for your browser, or there were problems with your connection.
Please contact Survey Team ( ) for further assistance.

I'm using myself as a test, so my session cannot be expired (or can it?); I'm using firefox 4.0.1 on a Mac; My connection is fine.

I can import from a .csv file, add individual tokens, set user rights, send invites, etc...

any clue how to fix this?

thx
Chris

Thanks,

Chris

Further to me previous post, I've done the following:

I've exported a survey that gives the above mentioned error (it seems that all "active" survey's give this error).
After exporting, I've created a new survey, and imported the just exported survey.
When I do the survay when it is still inactive, there are no errors.
But as soon as I make it active, the same error occurs.

To make it even more complicated there's the following:
A week ago my site was hacked, including the LS installation.
The datebase was still fine.
I've reinstalled a clean version of LS, and got it up and working (exceptt for the error).
I have made a new survey (not active yet, and it seems to work fine). I'm afraid that when I make this new survey active it won't work either.

Really appreciate any help!

thx
Chris

Check Global settings - General - Session life time.
I think default is 3600 seconds.

I think that I have seen it recently in bug tracker reported as a bug. You can check it there.
