Hi there

I've done a bunch of tweaking on the box that limesurvey is installed on, including manually updating the limesurvey version and the directory in which it was installed.

Everything appeared to work fine, but it would seem the Graph feature no longer works.

If I do a HTML report with graphs the graphs aren't shown and if I do a PDF report with graphs I get the following error:
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] No such file or directory in /var/www/surveywarriors.co.uk/tmp/

Any ideas how to get that working again?

Which version did you test?

Thanks for your response! I'm using version 1.90+ Build 9642.

I'm not sure how to follow that link you sent. Is there something I should be doing to try to make it work again?

Just checking:
Is you tmp directory writeable? (try temporaly setting it to 777 and see if Graphs work then)

777 did the trick!! Thank you so much!

I'm pretty sure it was set to 755 before... Does it need to stay at 777 now?

Im having the same issue. When I go to export the survey to PDF, the graphs don't show up at all. Can you offer some assistance. I did apply the correct permissions, but no graphs. Thanks, Brian

Another reason for no images showing up could be that certain libraries are not installed / allowed on your server. Here you can find the requirements for Limesurvey:

For the graphs GD-lib is probably the most relevant one.

The GD library has to be configured/enabled at the webserver. Have a look at php.net/manual/de/image.installation.php
