Sending Token Invitation Problem

I have problem sending invitation token by email. If i reset user password i receive the mail. But not through Token invitation.

Can you help

Hello,

We need to know the sending mail method, can you acces to the server log ?

What did you choose for sending mail ? sendmail, phpmail, smtp ?

:)

Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

Please check the spam folder. If passwords are send then email sending generally works.

I am having the same problem.

Emails are sent for everyhting else.. Survey completion emails go out no problem. It seems to be only the invite?

Please check the following issues:
- valid email address?
- email status set to "OK" (might have to look that up at exported tokens file
- no invitation sent yet?
- first name and last name set?

Please switch on debug mode by adding the following line to your config.php file:
$debug = '1';

Are there any additional errors reported on top of the page?

Quick update... The reminder works, just the initial invite doesn't go out !

1. Which Limesurvey version do you use?

2. Which email method did you set at global settings -> email?

3. Did you try different email addresses and check the spam folder?

The email finally showed up about 2 hours after... IS there a setting that allows to change the delay in sending email invites ?

That delay won't be caused by Limesurvey, this depends on the server.
