Did you test the version via SMTP? It is not too hard. If you have an email server, you just need to put in your account details and it will send via SMTP.

At the moment it is difficult to help, without having access to your server. Who is administering your web server? This person should be the best one to help. Because this seems to be more a server configuration issue, than a Limesurvey issue. However, without know your environment, even this can just be a good guess.

I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time. No support via private message.

Hi Holch,

Yes, I tested with the smtp and I got the same problem. Emails sent but not arrived.

OK i will contact with them and keep in touch with you.

If there are no errors reporting when using SMTP and having SMTP debug mode enabled, there is no problem with your Limesurvey system but with your server.
