array numbers - quick add X-scale resets Y-scale

Hi,

I'm testing LS 1.90 for an upgrade. I found some strange behavior for question type Array(numbers) and Array(Texts).
I've added
"question 1" and a "question 2" on the Y-scale
"Answer1", "Answer 2" and "Answer 3" on the X-scale

To the question and saved it.
When I go back in the question and use "Quick Add" to create new answer options "new answer 1 and "new answer 2" and use "replace" to commit the values, my questions on the Y-scale are reset to the initial default single question "Some example subquestion".

I didn't find any reports on the forum.
If someone can reprodue it, I'll enter it in bugtracker.

I can't reproduce your error, but I get a strange behavior as well.

When following your description, when adding the new answers with replace the window closes and there are only the two new answer options show. But when clicking "save changes", the initial 3 options plus the two new options appear.

Have a look at the manual! It is a really valuable source for information. Here some helpful links:

We also have strange behaviour on dual scale questions, but not always reproducable. The problems occur both on manual and bulk add/edit of the questions / answers. I am investigating, but can not pinpoint the problem. I will follow this topic for more clues on where to find it.

I use FF-GNU/Linux, and i have too a lot of problem in dual-scale sub-question editing.

In general : it's best to
- Add the Y-axis sub-question.
- Remove the precedent Y-axis sub-question
- Add the X-axis sub-question.

When i make a Y-axis modification : X-axis came back to default.

I don't actually made more investigation, but i think to do when i have some time ;)
