Installation of plugins

Installation of plugins was created by rhg
I tried to install the plugin by unzipping into the plugins folder. However, I am not seeing the plugin under plugin manager in order to activate it. The plugin I am trying to install is SendSMSInvites. Do we need to restart server?

The issue was with my name of php file. The file should match exactly with folder.
