Getting Error on ComfortUpdate in Version 2.06

Getting Error on ComfortUpdate in Version 2.06 was created by rudivielnascher
Hi i try to update an old Version 2.06 .. it worked 2 Weeks ago with the first installation, but this one gives me since yesterday the Message "No server answer" and when i manually open " update.limesurvey.org/"it gives me:

"The following error occurred:
The requested URL caused an internal server error.
If you get this message repeatedly please contact the webmaster."

Anybody has a clue?
How can i solve this?

Seems like the update server is down or has some problems. You don't seem to be the only one.

You have two options: Wait and try again a little later or submit a ticket under "support" in the menu above.

Here in the forum are mainly volunteers to give support for the open source version of Limesurvey and we have no connection with the Limesurvey GmbH, responsible for the ComfortUpdate compontent. So we know as much as you about what is going on with Comfort Update at the moment.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

thanks for the Feedback .. is helpful to know i am not the only one :-)
I already issued a mail to the support Emailadress .. now the error changed to "Bad gate2way" so i guess they are working on it already :-)

As a comfortupdate customer you can contact support. Open a ticket via "Support" menuitem.
