Survey menu is empty -- Cannot edit survey settings was created by pnadam

I've installed a fresh install of 3.14.10 and imported a survey from 3.9.0.

I need to edit the survey settings to reflect the new environment I'm running this survey in, but the survey has no settings buttons.

Here is the 'Settings' sidemenu from the survey in 3.9.0:

I mention that it's an imported survey just for completion's sake -- the menu looks the same even for a new survey.

To me it looks like as if this user does not have the necessary permissions. But this is just a guess.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
No support via private message.

The user is both the survey owner and the server administrator.

Solved the issue, by going to Configuration->Menu Configuration and hitting Reset.
