Import Theme Button Greyed Out was created by lalato
I have installed 3.13.2. I would like to import a theme, but the "Import" button is greyed out. Is there a backend setting that needs to be changed in order to use this option?

Which files/folders need permissions changes in order to activate this button?

Thanks for the link. Those directories are setup correctly. Is there anything else I can check?
To clarify... the directories are set up as 0755. Do the individual files within those directories also need to be set to 0755?

Yes, that permission value should be inherited down through all sub-directories.

Just want to confirm... you're saying that the individual files should also be set to 0755... not just the directories that house them?

Hmm...dunno, I've never worried about the files. Let's wait for Louis to weigh in.

No, files can be 644 (no exec needed).
BUT : with some server it can be 640 or 600 (rarely). And if you have some other protection, this can break too.

The issue appears to be related to the ZIP extension for PHP. It seems that my webhost doesn't automatically have this enabled.
Once this option is enabled for me, do I need to re-install LimeSurvey?
Thanks,
--sam

Hi,
I had the same issue on version 3.14, just after installation.
A workaround is just to extend any theme, then the " import" button will get enabled so you can import your own theme.
Cheers,
Medhat

The above workaround will work, it just creates the "survey" forler which is required. You can just create this folder and it should work too.
