Total Columns was created by ioteo
Hi everyone -

I am trying to obtain the total (sum) from the columns in an array(text)-type question (only numbers box is selected too). If in the advance options I select 'show total by column' there is a total box in the question, but the total does not appear. However, if i select 'show grand total' the total does appear (screenshot attached).

Does some know what might be going wrong?

I am using Version 2.73.1+171220

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Cheers,
Iván.

Hi,
what did you enter in the subquetion x-axis?
I saw after importing the question only a blank, which didn't work.
I inserted a   and aw this:

sorry, I have no idea.

BTW:
Please do not send only questions.
You cannot import just a question into a survey. It is language dependent.
So I had to create a new survey in spanish to import it.
Copy the survey and delete everything not necessary.

And why did you zip the *.lsq? As entertainment program for us?;)

Best regards
Joffm

Hahaha, love it! But could be worse: Screenshots in a Word document. ;-)

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Hi, Ivan,
good to hear that you solved it for you.

But nevertheless here it worked with the relevance.
You see, the first and third items are missing.

As I said, to send a *.lsq is not advisable because of the import restriction.
Maybe therefore the attachment is not allowed.
We always prefer the *.lss

All the best
Joffm
