bounce address not properly handeled

I have sent some invite emails. In the general settings and texts for the survey indicated a bounce email.

From a few hundred invites no bounce email has been received (and the list is NOT that perfect).

trying too troubleshoot i tried to change some of the settings for the bounce processing. When trying to save my proposed setting would not update.

My question is: how can I set things up so that wrong emails would be reported to a bounce address I indicate. I do not necessarely need to have bounce-processing within the app.

Also, at this point I cannot send more invites, I would set this up so at least the reminder emails bounce back

LE: my survey(s) are hosted on LimeSurvey Professional (previously LimeService)
