403 Forbidden when trying to change template

Hello,

We have installed LimeSurvey on the host server for our website and everything is running perfectly except for changing tamplates. When we try to create new or edit existing template and click on "Save changes", we receive 403 error with these contents:

"You don't have permission to access /limesurvey/index.php/admin/templates/sa/templatesavechanges on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

This error does not happen when we do the same thing on the local WAMP server.

We have contacted host support and they have changed permissions for all LimeSurvey files and subfolders to 777, it didn't help.

Can someone help us to resolve why does this happen please?

Check if your host is using modsecurity on the server, and if so, you can find the offending http request(s) recorded in the log files. This may be quite a time consuming job...
Good luck, Frank
