R and RPC character encoding using export_responses

In my R script I use get_responses.
Correctly saved in LimeSurvey one of the respondents text answers is: "...één..."

But when in a dataframe in R it states: "...één..."

I guess this is the result of some charater encoding issue, but how to deal with it?

Thanks in advance,

Tammo

What OS and R environment is used?
R under Windows is sometimes tricky.
Complete R-Script for LimerR available?

Converting is suported but might not be needed if environment is set correctly.
