I tried to run some tests in order to check if everything works fine.

Nonetheless, after some checks in which I activate, deactivate and reactivate the survey... now I does not work anymore.

I tried removing the captcha at the beginning. I get the welcoming page and after that I get the same message.

"The survey has been already completed"

For further assistance please contact "mail".

Anyboby knows what happened?

Do you use tokens?

If not, check if you have set "Set cookie to prevent repeated participation?" to yes.

I think the main problem relies in the fact that some answers were charged already.

So I copied the survey creating a new one.

Now it seems it is working. Fingers crossed.

I already set that condition.

Well, if you have set cookie to prevent repeated participation to yes, then it this "error" is desired behaviour. It prevents that on the same computer/browser the survey is taken more than once.

If you want to test the survey various times, you need to switch this off.

That makes sense! (only when the survey is active right?)

But it also gives an error message when the survey is deactivated and I try to preview the survey? Why?

Not sure, this shouldn't happen in my opinion.

But is it the exact same error message?

I think the fact of activating and deactivating may have caused some problems.

Possibly some of the answers were already charged.

So I copied the survey into a new one.

No, I am doing the re-checks (checking if a randomization + a randomization for winners vs losers work)

I hope I don't mess everything up again.
