I know this is an old question, but it made me crazy.
My friends can open the link of my survey, the first page. then when they click"next", there always show:

Bad Request
The CSRF token could not be verified.
The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. Please do not repeat the request without modifications.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

My survey is very simple. less than 20 questions and answers. And I didn't use any other template, just the original from LimeSurvey. What's wrong?
How strange it is! I can use it on my computer! But other computers can't. Is it something wrong with the hosting server?

That's a session problem. You should check the session parameter of your server.

Can you tell me more details? the setting in LimeSurvey files or the setting of the hoting server?

You have to give more detail : CRSF work god an a lot of survey for a lot of user and website.

Put the phpinfo, tell us if your website can be accesible by different users etc ....

i see this problem in CATI project
i have 35 users . and only one person have this error .
what can i do ?
