Trying to reuse a survey template used by other colleagues in-house - but got a problem when importing (both on 2.05+ and 2.06).
Any "charitable soul" out there to help sort this out?

You can use framadrop.org/ for example, a good service based on free software.

For the template zip : validate you have directly ./startpage.pstpl in the zip and not :

templatename/startpage.pstpl

I think you're spot on as the error message (on one of the instances only) did mention something about startpage.pstpl
Yet when unzipping the file I didn't find anything abnormal - but I may have not looked in the right place

I imported this new template but still got the following errr:

(plus I don't see the startpage.pstpl as you described it?)

startpage.pstpl is an example .
same with asesment.pstpl

I import the fixed zip in the last 2.06 version without any issue. But maybe some other thing
- Try to rename the zip file to prime2 for example
- Do you have another template with same name ?

Hmmmm no template with the same name - and I've tried renaming it without success...

I think, but unsure it can be the default right when create a file.

For file : the apache user must have "read/write" rights
For directory : "read/write/execute" rights

Maybe, here : image dir is created without the execute rights.

Can not go further without looking at server log and maybe do some hard test.

Solved! It was an oversize issue.
I misread the size (and LS did not throw back a "smart error") hence the back and forth...
