Errors in Template Editor & Plugin Manager with fresh install

I have just done a fresh install of Version 2.06+ Build 150831 using Softaculous and have php version 5.4.44.

I have been able to create a first survey. However, I am unable to view the Template Editor or the Plugin Manager in admin.

When I click on the Template Editor icon, the system redirects to the page [root]/lime/index.php/admin/templates/sa/view and I get the following error:

Internal Server Error
Unrecognized locale "\"en\"".

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

I have a similar problem trying to access the Plugin Manager. The URL I am directed to is [root]/lime/index.php/plugins with the following error:

Ok, apparently I have solved this problem by setting my default language in my profile.
