Why HTML tags do not recognized in Email templates? was created by mahyar01

Hi,
I use HTML editor for formatting Email templates. and everything seems OK when generating template.
But when I want to send EMAIL the body of email is full of html tags and also after sending, All the html tags are display in receiver's email.
It seems that limesurvey send source of the template as message's body.
what can I do for this?
in addition... my base language is not English. It is Persian.

Have a look at the "Edit survey setting" screen, if "Use HTML format for token emails?" is set to "yes"?

That was the problem. I set it to "yes" and now it is ok.
