Hello,
I tried to find out if there are any advices regarding my problem, but I could not find any.
In my survey I would like to implement a "text field" that gives out general explanations / information for all answer-options in the matrix. Can you please help me out if there is any way to do so?
For further explanation I attached a small screenshot.
I am currently using v.2.05+
