I just tried to update from 2.05 to 2.06 and when attempting to access /admin I got an error message that PHP 5.3 is not acceptable anymore, minimum version is now 5.4.

This is not in the changelog, and 2.05 to 2.06 is meant to be a MINOR update; these kind of things should at least make the limesurvey version bump to 2.1. Really sloppy you guys, I had to roll back

EDIT: YES, I know it's a really old version of PHP but that's another matter.
