What do you mean with 1000 questions?

10.000 respondent questionnaires? --> Should be no big deal
10.000 questions in one questionnaire? --> You will run into the limits of the database for columns per table (depends on the database engine use - there is some information about this in the manual)

Hi,

No, not a major issue here : SQL is done for this :
Same time to load one line .

We only load one line at a time. (Sometime all of the survey). All not loaded question don't take time.
The biggest issue in time is the DATA transfer from SQL to memory.
