1. Which Limesurvey version do you use?

2. What did you set as email method at the global settings -> email?

3. what did you enter as admin email address at global settings?

4. What did you set as admin email address for the survey you are testing?

wawansur, this sounds like a server configuration issue. Which kind of server do you use? If it's Apache, have a look at email settings in php.ini.

Hello. Has this issue been resolved? I have same issue. Mazi has mentioned to look into php.ini file. What exactly do i need to change in the .ini file?

These error messages are from the phpmailer library used by LimeSurvey.
github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Trou...ntiate-mail-function
These are server related issues. Adminstuff.
I would use the SMTP method to send mails and not try to send emails via the webserver.
Is begging for delivery issues.
