The username in limesurvey is case sensitive. I use webserver authentication (CAS) and while usename in CAS isn't case sensitive, in limesurvey it is and it causes an error.
Is there a way in limesurvey to transform the username to lowercase?
Is there any hook I could use to transform it on my own?
Would it be a wise solution to create a plugin identical to the webserver authentication one that in the beforeLogin lowercases the username?

In my opinion : yes, why not ????

And after (maube)
- Make a fork of LimeSurvey
- Add an option to core Webserver Auth plugin
- Make a pull request
