You use a very old LimeSurvey system …
You have the code , then you can do what you want … hacking the PHP file …

Hi,
in your "locale" folder you have the "mo" file.
But to translate with "poedit" you need a "po" file.
In "Stackoverflow"
stackoverflow.com/questions/10863840/how...mo-file-into-po-file you find.
So, create the "po" file, edit with "poedit" and save. The "mo" file is created automatically.

START -> RUN (cmd)
/program files/poedit/bin/msgunfmt ab_AB.mo > ab_AB.po
So, create the "po" file, edit with "poedit" and save. The "mo" file is created automatically.
