i updated 2.5 to 3.4.0+180219

but i can not see Survey title in Survey text elements panel

what should i do?

is it also the case if you switch your installation to a latin language?
(it could be a bug related to non-latin languages)

the application language is not the survey language. To change the application language, go to your profile, then "my personal settings" then "interface language"
