Hi,

Browsing the survey results I find that a survey is completed but when I go to the participant list (with token) the same survey is not completed. How is that possible?

Thanks, regards.

Hello Jean1234,

Sorry, but the only solution I found was to manually change the status to "completed" in the list of participants. I don´t know what to do in order the problem does not recur.

Best regards,

Gabriel

Have you set "Allow multiple responses..." to no?

I am having a similar problem. Responses appear but the token table "Completed" field does not update to to "yes." I have tried this with multiple responses and persistence both set at "yes" and "no," without seeing any behavior difference.

I'm running LS v 2.05+ Build 140217.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks much.
