Hi.
I have question with multiple answer (checkboxes). I know how to exclude one option from others. But also I want to exclude one answer based on other answer in the same question. For example:

1. Where do you use Internet?
a) work
b) home
b1) using: computer
b2) using: tablet
c) school
d) I don't use Internet

Option d) is excluded from others.

My goal is to exclude b1) and b2) till option b) is checked.

How can I do this?

You could probably do that with a little JavaScript but I think it would be more intuitive for the respondent if you add a following question "What device(s) do you use at home?" conditional on "b" being checked.

It will be done by surveyor and I can't change the construction of the question. And also I cannot add nothing more.

Could you maybe help with Java script? Or someone else?

Have a look at the "Display secondary options in a Multiple options question" workaround - manual.limesurvey.org/Workarounds:_Manip..._options.22_question
