Email IS NOT word processor. Fonts can not be really included.

Here it's the default font for common usage.

You can update the source HTML code to add the font you want (www.w3.org/TR/css3-fonts/#font-family-desc) . But you are not sure reader have this font.

Best is to DON'T use font on email : let user decide (user can read email on webphone, big screen, screen reader ...)

I disagree. There may be times when you want to control the presentation, but if you do want to use fonts, stick to those in the list above. Those are included because they are considered "web-safe" and will be available in most email clients.

I read my mail in "text" only by default.

Sometime need to move to "simple HTML".

And npow mail are readed via "webphone", "Hard client (thunderbird/Outlook)", web page (gmail/hotmail etc ..).

If you trye to have same look for TB and OE : it's near impossible. Or you use img in table only ... and then your mail is unreadable in webphone.
