Conditions not working on fresh install

I just installed Limesurvey on a new server, version Versie 2.00+ Build 130406

I made a survey, see attached xml. Nothing fancy, no javascript nothing. I didn't import this survey, i made every question one by one. I used the default template and also tried another template.

But for some reason the conditions are not working. I don't see any errors with the Survey Logic file.

Help?

The file in your rar is a xml. This doesn't import into LS 2.0.

Can you explain a little bit more ? Maybe we can update condition documentation to be more clear :).
